" I just sent thank you notes to Ken Holtrop and to Terry and Amanda Fox at Fox renovations. While writing these notes, it occurred to me that I had not properly thanked Progressive for all that you have done to resolve the problems we had. We have had some heavy rains since the repairs were done and some even heavier winds. It is very comforting to now see the cabin properly deal with these elements. It is also wonderful to see the fine work that was done in the great room where the water previously came in by the buckets-full.
Thank you for resolving these issues for us. If it were not for your warranty, we would have been without recourse.

"I have dealt with Progressive Home Warranty for the past few years and I would never ever think about NOT using them for any for my projects. The thing that amazed me about this company was not only their amazing, talented, friendly staff and team, but the fact that their product is so much more cost effective than the competitors. Being in Calgary, every developer deals with only 2 home warranty as they seem to have the monopoly here, but PRISM is not known to follow the standard mould and I am glad we did our research and went with Progressive. I still remember the day when I told the “other home warranty” company that I went with Progressive over them, and the gentleman there said “Sir, I highly highly advice you to check their services as a lot of companies don’t provide the products and services that we do and you check them out and make sure they exist and legitimate” to which I answered “what exactly do you provide that Progressive doesn’t” and he didn’t have an answer. Lastly, Progressive doesn’t do unneeded, redundant and over-kill amount of Site Inspections during the construction process as that only end up costing the developer more money for no reasons and is wasted money in my opinion. Long and short of all this is that I am thoroughly impressed and amazed with the high level of customer service and friendly staff that I deal with at Progressive."

"From the first time I saw a Progressive Home Warranty sign on a house under construction, the service and commitment to customer / builder member care has been outstanding. The website was very informative, this lead me to a phone number to which I left a message and received a call back the very next day, as promised. The conversation went very well and was very informative and I was left with a great feeling of fully understanding the program and it's assistance to the builder member. I knew right then, this was the warranty program for my company. From there I was mailed out an application form as promised and surprisingly, was even invited to the anniversary party which was about to take place even though I had just filled out the application form. "We are a new contractor in the Alberta market, and have undertaken a complicated, large architecturally designed custom home just outside of the Calgary city limits. Our clients specifically requested that a Home Warranty package be prepared for this home. Initially we enquired with our normal warranty provider in BC about providing this package for this home. However, we were told that they don't provide home warranties in Alberta. After researching the viable warranty providers for our project, we selected Progressive Home Warranty based on the value of the Warranty package that they provided, together with the service that they extended to us during our early setup stages. Our customers really like the thought of having HomePro to fall back on if something should happen after our one year is over.
