How can I be sure my home is registered for warranty? |
Your Home Builder is contractually obligated to register every home built with the warranty program, but sometimes administration errors and the like occur, and homes may not get registered. When a home is registered with the warranty program, a Confirmation Of Warranty form is provided to the Home Builder. Simply ask to see the Home Builder to see the Confirmation Of Warranty form. If the Home Builder has misplaced the form, or if for some other reason you are not sure that the home has been registered, simply call our office at 1-866-99MYPRO (1-866-996-9776) and we can immediately confirm registration or not. Also, please checkout the address search for your registration online at Registration Confirmation

My home is under construction. Are there any concerns I should have at this time? |
The most important factor during construction of your home is communication. Your Home Builder is a busy person and you must be considerate of this fact, however this is your home and probably the most significant investment you will ever make. For insurance reasons, it will be important to schedule your time on the home site very carefully with your Home Builder. Also, as you request changes it is imperative that all changes and related costs be documented so there are no surprises at a later date.
