Members of the ProWarranty Group must make 3 key Commitments:
1) Members must financially indemnify the Warranty Insurer for the first 2 years of warranty provided to the customer.
2) Members must commit to meeting the building code and our applicable construction standards as a minimum construction standard.
3) Members must register each and every home they build to the program
If you as the Member have met your commitment and built the Residential Unit to the appropriate standard, then any claims reported after the second year of completion are the financial responsibility of the Program Insurer. In the very near future Pacific Home Warranty will launch our internet based transaction services that will allow our Members to complete warranty transactions from any internet connected computer with the ease of credit card payment.
